**Governance Participation:** Use $GEN to vote on rate curves, compliance templates, connector white-listing, and protocol deprecation timelines.

**Access & Guarantee:** Integrating the SDK is free. However, staking $GEN is required to apply for "Fast-Track Clearing" (shorter PSG cycles and more milestones).

**Penalties:** If challenged and found in violation → Staked $GEN is slashed according to rules (partial burn and partial compensation).
